This workshop is an intensive writing retreat that helps participants make significant progress on writing projects.
It takes students out of their regular routine and provides them with a dedicated and supportive environment to focus on getting a lot of writing done in a relatively short amount of time. Participants can work on their thesis, a paper manuscript, or any other piece of academic writing during the workshop.
Each day consists of short inputs, group meetings, individual coaching, as well as hours of structured, distraction-free writing. There will be short voluntary inputs and activities during the breaks to help you recharge and manage your writing habits. During the individual coaching sessions (available on demand during the workshop), you can talk to Djahane about where you are stuck or any other issues or ideas related to your writing process.
You will leave the workshop with a significant amount of writing done, the tools you need to become a more productive and self-assured writer, and the makings of a supportive writing community moving forward.
